Mr. Jayathirtha has about 34 years of experience in Design & Execution of HVAC Projects. He was Instrumental in starting Electrical Division in Airtron. His core competence is in designing HVAC system for Pharma, R&D Labs and Industrial applications.

He also excels in clean room projects that include maintaining and close control on of temperature, relative humidity, room pressures, cleanliness level, cGMP cleanroom compliance, negative pressure, Documentation, etc. Mr. Jayathirtha has in-depth experience in chemical, analytical and Bio-science Labs that are with Fume hoods, Bio safety cabinets, Flame proof Applications, and 100% outside air unit with energy recovery system such as run-around coil, etc. Most of the projects that he has worked on are green building certified and energy conservation system. He is also the member of ISHRAE (Indian Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air Conditioning Engineers) and was the president of ISHRAE - Bangalore Chapter for the 1998 -99
