Mr.Simha is currently the Founder-Advisor of Airtron Consulting Engineers Pvt ltd., one of the leading HVAC consulting organizations in the country. He is associated with them in that capacity for about 2 years now, after serving as managing partner first and later as Director for more than four decades, from the time he founded his consulting firm in 1975.

Mr. Simha is a graduate in mechanical and electrical engineering from the University Visvesvaraya College of engineering, Bangalore.

Mr. Simha is a member of ASHARE (American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air Conditioning Engineers, Inc), and ISHRAE (Indian Society of Heating, refrigerating and Air Conditioning Engineers, Inc). He is a past president of ISHRAE (1991-92)as well as ASHARE India chapter (1995-96) and founder president of ASHARE South India Chapter (1999-2000). He served as chairman of ASHARE India chapter's technical committee on IAQ in the year 1995.

Mr. Simha has been honored as "ASHARE FELLOW" by ASHARE for his achievements as a designer & engineering executive. For the services he rendered to ISHRAE, he has been recently honored by a "Lifetime service award”.

Mr. Simha as over 30 publications and presentations to his credit. Most of his articles and presentations are published in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Journal- ISHRAE's official magazine and a few elsewhere also including an article on "Adaptive Approach and Low Emission Comfort Cooling Systems as Alternatives to Main Stream HVAC".
